have salmon fillets which I want to cook for dinner tonight, but dh not home til later.... if I cook now while oven on for kids tea what is best way to keep salmon fresh, it doesn't matter if it's cold later.
do I cool it quickly and put in fridge or keep wrapped in foil after cooking?
