My friend is having a couple round for dinner, both veggie and one of whom is lactose intolerant... any ideas what she can feed them?

TIA

Roasted veg tart (like a tarte tartin, but use dairy free pesto (meridian make one), and a selection of butternut squash, aubergine, courgette, peppers and pine nuts for texture). Turn out and sprinkle with parsley. Also v yum with feta on if making any time without the lactose restriction.

Or veggie chilli if it doesn't need to be posh.

I am lactose intolerant. If you want to use milk, I would just buy some lactose free milk, cheese, yoghurt or whatever you want to use, and do normal veggie food.
