Can I freeze a chocolate cake with icing I have just made?

Got a bit carried away and made what turned out to be an enormous chocolate cake today - see here. Definitely won't finish it in the next couple of days. Do you think I can freeze it?

Doesn't look like it will be a problem from the recipe, imo.

Thanks Olihan. Honestly LordVetinaris, it's an enormous cake, dh will be away tmrw and I'm pregnant so my very sweet tooth is only slightly sweet. Ordinarily I'd polish it off easily.
