I think I may be asking the impossible here, but anyway!

School Christmas fair is on 1st Dec. We want to have a produce stall. I've got some lovely Christmassy biscuit cutters - whole nativity set, which I would like to use to make some biscuits to sell.

Does anyone have a recipe that would survive ok for the 3 1/2 weeks before Christmas? All the recipes I have say a week at most, unless frozen. I'd like to make biscuits that could be given as Christmas presents, as other items on the stall will be packaged as presents.

Any other Christmas recipes that would last 3 1/2 weeks gratefully received too, or failing that any ideas for making and selling.

THanks in advance

No biscuits will keep that long.

You'd be better off using the cutters to make salt dough 'biscuits', let them dry and string ribbon through a hole in the top for people to use as tree decorations.

If you want edibles that keep that long then stick to confectionary. Honeycomb is very easy to make.

thanks OMDB. Thought I might be on a hiding to nothing but worth asking!
