I'm about to start my christmas cooking and need organic beef suet but cannot find a supplier ANYWHERE! My local butcher looked at me like I had grown two heads when I asked him, the only supplier at our farmer's market who sold it has closed down and I've emailed loads of organic farms and none do it. Does anyone know of a supplier?
