Beef mince 'use by' date today- OK to cook up and eat tomorrow or not?

Noticed today that all the meat products in my tesco delivery have the same use by date- today!

The beef mince was display until yesterday and'use by' today. If I cook it up today in to a chilli will it be OK to refrigerate and serve tomorrow evening or not?

As long as you heat it up thoroughly tomorrow it should be fine
