Meant to be meeting a friend at Pizza express on Sunday but my babysitting has fallen throgh so she's coming to me instead - what can I make her for brunch/lunch? Nothing too fancy but want to make it worth her while driving 20 odd miles!

Anyone?

You could always buy a couple of Pizza Express pizzas from Sainsbury? Serve them with dough balls and salad.

Or if you want to cook, why not pasta (with sauce of your choice) garlic bread and salad?

Pasta good idea - I always forget the details like salad and garlic bread to make it look like I've made the effort! thanks
