ideas for protein in meals for 15mo

ds normally eats all around salmon/chicken that I give him and prefers his brocoli and potatoes. He had 3 huge florets of brocolli last night and only 2 or 3 flakes of blooming salmon! He usually has milk/cereal/porridge/toast then snack and lunch at nursery. Banana and raisins or Babybel for snack. Then his dinner and bottle of formula for bed.
Is this enough protein for 15mo?

what about giving bolognese sauces on pasta...

cheese spread sandwiches
peanut butter (assuming no family history of nut allergy) on toast for breakfast.

also i presume if nursary feed him lunch it contains protein?

things like rice and beans contain protein as well, so you could use those more

tonnes of protein in cow's milk, i wouldn't worry about it.

oh yes - he looooves kidney beans - cos I try and make bolognese and add the beans - he just picks them all out and eats them. and yes nursery lunch usually has protein.
