Mince!!

I made mince and dumplings for our tea today with veg and potatoes.

I mixed all the veg (peas, carrots + mushrooms) in to the mince. I just gave ds1 potato and gravy and a dumpling. He then asked for mince but I had to take the peas out!!

Im still in shock. He ate loads too!

how do you do mince and dumplings?

Just stick mince in a pan with gravy granualls and water n cook on hob. then add tinned veg coz IM lazy. Mix dumplings and put them on top. Bung it in the oven till dumplings are crispy.

Really fattening but lush!

He's just come down from bed to get ANOTHER bag of crisps!! Thats his second since he had his tea!
