banana cake/muffin receipe anyone?

I used to have great receipe for banana muffins where you just chucked all the ingredients in the blender and it was fab
Now I've got 4 mushy bananas & can't find the receipe....

Google the British HEart Foundation one - if it's endorsed from them, you can scoff guilt-free. I seem to remember it was dead easy...
