can i freeze uncooked cake mix?

Not sure. Why don't you cook them? Cakes freeze very well

I could do but they wont be cool enough and i am trying to save my thighs from them.

I wouldn't as I would expect that the freezing would affect the amount of air already beaten in/gluten in the flour or something.
Bake, cool quickly and freeze.
