Does anyone one have Jamie Oliver's home made 'fruit gum' recipe.

From Jamies Happy Days Book

He says - get 500g of dried fruit (mango, pineapple, peach, apricot etc). Whizz it to a puree in a food processor then scoop out onto greased greaseproof paper. Spread it out with a knife about 0.5cm thick. Slide onto baking sheet and either leave in a very low oven overnight or at 160/300/gas 2 for 2 hours.

When done should be soft but firm, like wine gums - slice into bite size pieces and different shapes. Keep in an airtight container.

I hadn't really looked at this one before but may give it a go now
