cleaning eh bbq

so, it's the morning after the night before.
What's the best way to clean a gas bbq? We cleaned most of it last ngiht but some of it is still in soak and looks like it's going to take me a month of sundays to clean properly.

Any tips gratefully received.

Have you seen the oven cleaner called oven pride? they also do a bbq one and its brilliant

Don't!

We use a wire brush either at the end of the cooking session or beginning of the next one. Just scrub/scrape when the barbecue is hot and before you put the food on (or when you've finished if you're an organised kind of person)

heat the barbecue up and wipe with a cut onion. You would be surprised how much black dirt comes off and the onion juice wets the bbq. Works brilliantly.
