Am at work so has to be something that does not involve cooking or anything more complex than a microwave and where items are easily purchasable in the City. I am trying to watch what I eat, without being obsessive - so relatively low fat and low sugar, but am not getting worked up about carbs or whatever. Especially as I went to the gym this morning. Normally, I'd have soup but don't reall feel like it today. Or would have a delicious salad from one of the fab salad laces around here but again, don't really feel like it. Don't want a sandwich as it's too heavy. At this point, I feel my only choice might be a M&S ready meal - one of the low fat ones? All other ideas gratefully received.
