Homemade chocolates

I have no idea how to make chocolates , I like to give them out as gifts.

TeamEdward, this is a coincidence as I made truffles last night and, per the recipe, put the mixture in the fridge overnight to firm up.

But it is still hasn't set so I can't roll them into balls.

Any idea what I've done wrong (apart from eat four or five spoonfuls already...)

Ah, that could be it. I added a 'generous' spoonful of Cointreau
