DS tomorrow is having:
home-made rice pudding,left-over matzo brei from the Annabel Karmel book (a matzo eggy bread)and an iced muffin. Not terribly balanced but he will eat it all.
We also do:
cous-cous salad (or just plain cous-cous)
cold pasta
cold lentil/veggie patties (not that these always get eaten)
rice balls
chicken or meatballs
quiche or other pie type stuff
left-over puddings of various kinds (bread and butter/egg custard/fruity things)
chopped tinned fruit in juice (as a change from fresh)
cold fried potatoes or chips
rice cakes with jam or other spread (your DD can't have Marmite, IIRC)
My DS won't eat hard-boiled egg, but DS2 is keen on cold omelette, believe it or not!
Have also sent a portion of cereal plus milk for pouring, but he found it too fiddly. A more co-ordinated child might manage....

Thanks for your suggestions, really helpful.

Still would liek to buy a book though. Is the Annabel Karmel one any good?
