HI
I need to make one of these now! (Birthday)

I'm sure my Mum made one with 3 flavours one was chocolate, maybe the other one was green

So anyone have a good idea for turning 1/3 of my cake mixture chocloate flavour ie cocoa or drinking choc and roughly how much?

Can I just use green food colouring to turn the other 1/3 green?

should I put in some peppermint flavouring or would that be yuk?

Thanks!

you could do choc, vanilla and peppermint or choc vanilla coffee

for an 8 oz recipe I'd use maybe 1-2 tblsp of cocoa

yes you can use food colouring

I have made one before with pink icing which was lovely - chocolate, vanilla and vanilla with pink food colouring to make it up - could look it out for you if you like

did choc, plain and put in green food colouring
I decided the mint flavour would be a bit yuck.

It worked really well and was a big hit (still is)

recipe had too much milk in bit I'll know for next time, oh and we have loads left over don't know what to do with it TBH!
