Recipe needed for tomato-based dip

Have volunteered to make a dip for a school function and since all the others are very bland colours, have offered to do a tomatoey one to add a bit of colour.
But I can't find a recipe.
Anyone got a good one please that they wouldn't mind sharing.

Tomato salsa thing good but maybe not fine enough?
Finely chopped tomatoes,onions (no unpalatable big chunks!)chopped coriander,good pinch of cumin,squeeze of lime juice and season.

How about guacamole-easier to scoop and just as bright!
