Food Ideas for Fund Raising

I'm helping out at my local NCT fair in a couple of weeks. Has anyone got any ideas of real best sellers??

Looking through the archives Suzy Wongs brownies look good as do the truffles...

Any suggestions as to anything that I can prepare as far as possible in advance would be greatly appreciated

does it have to be baking? will they be eaten there and then? was thinking of mini pizza for people to snack on, rather than take home, although i suppose they could as they would be cold...

for baking i like gingerbread cakes!

muffins? take no time to make and everyone loves them.

do you have nigella's domestic goddess book - whole section on cakes especially suitable for this dsort of activity!
