I make sultana-and-syrup and Chocolate version.

What other ones are nice?

And is it true (as I told my dd1 aged 10) that you can get it in a tin?

Shall I buy her one?

Stem ginger in syrup

Lemon curd

Pineapple and syrup

Stewed apple/sultana

Stem ginger sounds yum: would you recomend at the base or mixed in? Is is a grown-up one or will kids eat it?

Apple: I often grate an apple into the mixture, thats lovely.

Kids eat it at this house, it's pudding, they eat anything they wouldn't normally if it's in a pudding

I chop some ginger through it and then chop rest and put it and the syrup at the bottom of the basin.
