Frozen Quorn question

Am making a spag bol and planning to use a bag of frozen quorn mince instead of normal meat mince. Will I still be able to freeze leftover spag bol and reheat on a different day?

I do it all the time.

Yes. Chill the leftovers quickly and reheat thoroughly...but I expect you'd do that with meat anyway.

Yeah, but careful in the microwave. Quorn mince likes to pop and splatter over everything in the microwave, as I discovered after reheating a lasagne
