DH cooked (with infuriating slowness) some leek, chorizo and mackeral thing tonight he'd seen on Saturday Kitchen, except he couldn't find mackeral so he bought trout (almost the same). Wasn't good. Chorizo too strong a flavour for fish, I reckon. It could be chorizo with anything - all you taste is chorizo.
