...on icing a cake please!
It's a proper tiered cake (think wedding cake style) one tier fruit and 2 tier sponge. Can't be bothered with fiddly sugar post thingys so they're stacked on top of the next.
What icing? I want the thick white kind that comes on Christmas and wedding cakes.
Do I need marzipan?
How do I get the icing to stick?
Any other tips?
