how to stop pastry shrinking?

when i blind bake for a quiche, the pastry shrinks massively, so end up having to only put in a bit of filling, otherwise would go over top of pastry
how to stop shrinkage?

Make sure pastry chilled before you cook it (I put back in fridge for 15 mins after rolling it out while heat oven up). Don't trim it off round the edges until chilled, it shrinks a bit then. Don't stretch it out when rolling it, need to be quite gentle and lift it carefully into the tin and not pulling etc.

Or, just buy one from waitrose
