Easy veggie pasta sauces which freeze

Ok, so I'm on a roll here and have discovered that pasta & sauce is my saviour. No, seriously, I work and am alone most of the time, and need to feed a 15mo who is given a proper meal at nursery/my Mum's - pasta with sauce = no jars + playing time for me and him. I eat the same thing too. Also it doesn't have to be pasta - could do rice, also a baked potato if I ever have a bakeable potato in the house (unlikely) or, I suppose, cous cous. Not sure why I'm explaining this!

I made a massive batch of tomato sauce with tinned toms. (Annabel Karmel recipe - I will never again buy Ragu or similar! It's better than Tesco Finest too.) I also made cheese sauce.

But I now fancy a bit of variety. Anything without tomato? Can one eat too much tomato?

One of my favourites is pesto, either on its own stirred into pasta with grated cheese on top, or added to white sauce.
