URGENT HELP NEEDED!!!

im in the middle of making dc's potatoe wedges only to find that very annoyingly dh has used all the oil and not told me (evan though i asked him yesterday befor i went shopping if he knew of anything we needed) what can i do???????????

Use a bit of butter or spread instead, will still work surely?

cant u pinch a bit out of the deep fat fryer?

Other than that you could doing them without oil as potatoes give out quite a bit of moisture?

Found a quote from a cooking website saying this is a common and healthier way to make them.

Have you got any tins/jars in the cupboard of stuff in oil? Sardines ( fishy wedges )or sun dried tomatoes maybe. Long shot I know!
