Stay Puft Marshmellow Man Cake!

My brother is 21 in December and I want to make him a cake. After talking with my Mum we decided that a Stay Puft Marshmellow Man would be perfect as he loves Ghostbusters.

Picture incase you have no idea what I am on about.

He doesn't like fruit cake so will all have to be sponge.

I am going to do a trial run or 2 before the big day.

Any tips or suggestions will be greatly apprieciated.

Thanks.

like this

I just googled stay puft cake - it looks pretty simple. The frosting would need to be an American style meringue/marshmallow frosting to be extra white.

I might actually do a cake and then make a smaller stay puft man as a cake topper.

YOu could make him out of fondant then lean stand him up against a building shaped cake.

Yeah that is a good idea. I have also been looking at Michelin man cakes online. The look slightly similar.
