I've got 4 yolks left over what can I use them for?

Spaghetti carbonara?

Add some cream/creme fraiche/natural yoghurt (3-4 big spoonfuls/dollops), a couple of big handfuls of grated parmesan, lots of freshly ground black pepper and some fried diced bacon (that you have fried till it's crispy with some finely chopped garlic), beat it all together and then stir into hot, cooked spaghetti. Should be enough for 3-4.

Lovely!

One of my favourites! Sadly, not allowed when I'm low carbing. Even more forbidden if made with cream instead of 0% fat yoghurt! But oh so lovey.

Does sound lovely! How long can I leave the eggs in the fridge? I made meringues yesterday. Could I wait till tomorrow to make the carbonara?

As long as they're covered up, I'd think it would be fine.

Excellent! Thanks
