Favourite breakfasts?

Sorry, was reading the weekend breakfast thread, and want a fancy breakfast NOW.
My favourites are:

• brioche
• Eggs Royale (poached egg, smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce)
• French toast with fresh fruit
• Beans on toast
• Mushrooms on toast
• Tons and tons and tons of coffee

poached eggs on toast.
mushrooms on toast
bacon sandwich

weekdays its always cereal and toast and of course a good strong cup of tea.

cornflakes, rice crispies or weetabix, white bread and real butter.

sundays i love an ulster fry.
2 sausage,2 bacon,2 potato farl,1 soda farl, beans, fried egg, fried tomato.

when away in a hotel i have it all, sunday or not.
