Bottled flavoured oils-DIY

hiya, how do you make flavoured olive oil? have i left it to late for xmas gifts?

Not too late at all, I did some last year. Roasted Garlic & Rosemary and Chilli, yum!

Not sure if I did it "right" but I just poured oil into a nice bottle with whatever inside and left it to mature!
