We recently got an ice cream machine and I wanted to make up a recipe but I'm worried that just adding and replacing random ingredients is going to get all the consistency and stuff wrong!
I wanted to base it on some yummy rice crispie cakes that are marshmallow, toffee and butter and wondered what people thought for how I should do it??
Anyway any other ice cream favorite ideas?
I'm thinking honeycomb soon too...!!
