how can I use up my egg yolks?

I'm making an extra large pavlova for my MIL's wedding party on Saturday so will have lots of egg yolks to use up. I thought about making some lemon curd but when I checked the recipe it uses whole eggs not just yolks.
Any suggestions ?

Spaghetti carbonara?

If you also have spaghetti, bacon, cream and parmesan!

burgers?

just add mince and lots of herbs.

custard? You could do a trifle to go alongside the pavlova!

Creme brulee

When you do scrambled eggs you can chuck in an extra yolk here adn there and it just makes them extra creamy and nice.

Homemade pasta (very easy to make) - and it could go well with kipper's carbonara sauce!

Mayonaise?

could you donate your yolks to the other person for their trifle?

I had my heart set on lemon curd as I fancied doing a lemon layer sponge cake for our house guests so I found a microwave recipe that used 4 yolks.
I've also been making canapes so have been using the yolks to seal them up and for glazing.
I have a feeling the trifle maker may not make their own custard
