I have made lasagne and noticed too late that the sauce had caught on the bottom of the pan and I have poured it onto the pasta and meat. Will it be really awful?

Not if you drink a lot of wine with it.

The white sauce? Or the tomatoey one?

As long as you didn't scrape all the stuck bits off the bottom of the pan it should be ok.

The white one. There are stuck bits in the sauce. Damn. Hubby will eat it and say it is fab but I am bloody annoyed as I was doing 23 things at once.

It will be fine, as long as you don't get any black bits formthe bottom in it.

I hate that burnt taste.

Hopefully it will be okay as we are starving.
