OK, have done Hugh Woolly-Milkingstall's (rose) veal casserole thingy....need accompaniment.....(was going to be Yorkshires but no eggs) have got potatoes, aubergines, courgettes and peas....hmmm. Roast or mash? Or chuck the pots in the casserole half an hour before serving?
