Chocolate moulds

I have bought some lovely moulds for chocolates (£5.99 from Butlers - my new best shop).

Any suggestions? I have people for dinner and like to make something new.

Nobody eats chocolate here? Now I know you are kidding...

starters for 10 -

• plain with a whole hazelnut stuffed in it
• plain with mint essence mixed into the melt
• white with dried strawberry chopped into it
• milk with layer of sruched hazelnuts

I actually say crisps covered in chocolate in the shop today. I kid you not.
