I always make loads of soups now its getting a bit colder but hate all the chopping of veg. I would be prepared to spend up to £30 and really want it for chopping and dicing rather than grating.

I have a thing called a nicer dicer and it's fantastic.. I got mine in the now dear departed woolworths but they must be available elsewherE I'd have thought.

Chinese cleaver works a treat, you can get them from about £10. Their large size makes them great for chopping things.
