blackberry jam recipe please......

sent ds1 to pick some blackberries now stuck on what to do with them. Anyone have a simple recipe

Ratio is 1lb fruit to 1lb sugar, if you don't use jam sugar with added pectin, then you may need lemon juice with the sugar to help the set.

Same as all jam: simmer the fruit till soft, add the sugar, boil fast until set, fill sterilised jars and seal.
