Been in fridge covered since Sunday. What do you think?

I would if it smells ok and I was going to cook it well again - eg boiling up in gravy, or cooking in a pie.

nor me

then again say you get packets of cold sliced beef (bleurgh) from the deli - how long ago would that have been roasted?

It looks and smells fine. Just a bit worried about feeding it to all the family. Maybe I should just eat it myself.

I'd eat it, if it looked and smelt fine.

To be on the safe side I would probably cook it again, maybe slice it thinly, fry it with onions and garlic and mushrooms.

Seems Ok to me - heat it right through and any bugs would get killed anyway.
