Our lovely neighbours sent in a load of cherry toms. Any ideas of what I can do with them?

Batch of generic sauce, frozen in portions if enough?

Chutney (yum)?

Buda · 10/09/2009 17:21

Do I need to skin them for a sauce?

I did think about chutney. May try that. Could send them in a jar!

I like them skinned yes. That is a bit tiresome I suppose.

Nigella's moonblush tomatoes are so very delicious.

gordon ramsey does a really easy pasta dish with cherry toms.

butter, garlic and halved toms into saucepan. add fresh basil and seasoning.

simmer for 15

pour onto pasta and add parmesan.

i do it at least once a week.

That sounds nice LottaRump. I would love it. Unfortunately I would be the only one in the house that would!
