Cooking for a veggie, a lactose intolerant person and various allergies. HELP!

Right, I need a fortnight's worth of food for the following dietary requirements (don't you love large family holidays). There are 12 people coming:

My sister is vegetarian, but eats fish.

My brother hates fish (and most vegetables).

I can't eat potatoes, peppers or aubergines.

My mother is lactose intolerant, can't have soya and doesn't like sausages.

One child hates eggs in any form, two of them hate chicken, none of them will eat lamb (they live next to a field of sheep...)

For the sake of my sanity I need to be able to cook roughly similar meals that picky people can leave bits out of which means meals where no allergens/meats are incorporated (except lasagne or spag bol where I make a meat and a lentil version). I've come up with a few so far:

Lasagne made with goats milk
Pasta bake
Meatballs & spaghetti in tomato sauce
Couscous with roasted veggies
Roast gammon
Braised beef with either onions and gravy or a tomato based sauce
Stir fry (possibly with quorn or tofu)
Pizza (homemade with goats cheese)
Sausages/quorn sausages
Beef/bean burgers
Spaghetti bolognese
Fish with veggies and ric
Salmon with spinach, cherry tomatoes and couscous
Mushroom risotto
Stuffed marrow (mince and lentil versions)
Bacon hotpot
Cabbage bake (mince and lentil versions)

good lord.
try parsleysoup.co uk for vegan (so dairy free) meals.
Or run away

That is quite a challenge!

Could one meal be a hearty soup with nice bread and cheese and pate for the meat eaters?

Other rice possiblilities - make two oven cooked risottos, maybe one seafood/prawn and one with chicken? (no butter, those who want parmesan can add it themselves).

What about spicy things? Curry or chilli would work well with one veggie and one meat version.

That website looks fab! But I like the running away option better...
