thanks! I need some ideas for great slabs of cake to bake and cut up for the whole family - lunchboxes for school and work. Stuff that you love?!

Mary Berry has loads of great ones in one of her cake books.
Eg - Carrot cake traybake, choc traybake, orange and marmalade traybake.
All lovely, and great for slicing for lunchboxes.

or Coconut carrot slices here.

I have made this Apple Traybake a few times and it is lovely. It is great warm as a pudding or cold in lunches.
