How long will ratatoutille keep in the fridge?

Cooked food is supposed to be fine in a fridge for up to five days. Personally I'd trough it down.

Gosh yes. All veggie - no problem.

Go for it - if its all veg and hasnt any fur - it should be all the more delicious for having had a few days rest in the fridge
