has anyone got a good recipe to use with a doughnut maker, i've been given one but no recipe book!

No, I was looking at doughnut makers myself recently, but decided it all looks like far too much faff.

Good luck with it; I suspect that had I bought one it'd soon end up in the Bottom Cupboard.

made them, very disappointed! they are more like a cake in texture and taste than a doughnut! i wanted to make mini doughnuts to use with a chocolate fountain for my daughters 3rd birthday party - for the grown ups! dont think i'm gonna get that doughnut taste without fat fryering them!
