beetroot leaves

I am cooking the beets for other stuff, and I know I can use the leaves for something or other - any ideas for what I could combine them with? I have got halloumi and feta, but what could I have alongside?

Try cooking them like spinach and drizzle some olive oil and lemon mixed with garlic. It's nice.
