Has anyone done this successfully?

I made some in my Panasonic on the Italian cycle, but it wasn't that great. Not sure if it lacks olive oil, or sugar, or what.

apparently you can make the dough in the machine but must cook it in the oven.

Which is a bit of a faff.

I've got the panasonic breadmaker and this is the recipe I use.

275ml/10 fl oz water
2tbsp olive oil
450g/16oz white bread flour
11/2 tsp salt
2tsp caster sugar
1tsp baking powder
7g sachet yeast

Put wet ingredients in first, then add half the flour. Then put in the salt, sugar, baking powder. Put in the remianing flour then add the yeast.

Put onto the pizza dough setting. When its ready, divide the dough in half. Roll out each piece of dough, then dampen the edges with water. Fold the dough into three, like an omlette iyswim. Brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with flour.

Bake for 12/13 minutes at gas mark 7 until lightly browned, turn the bread over, brush with more oil and spronkle with more flour. Bake for a further 12/13 minutes.

Eat and enjoy.
