What can I make with the box of eggs DH has just dropped?!

I've got 6 broken eggs. How quickly do I need to use them and what can I do with them that's quick (and not an omelette!)?

brownies? tortilla? souffle, pancakes (a lot); cakes?

Can I have one of them? Dh kindly cleared away after I'd finished a big bake and freeze session this morning.

I'd left a pie out to bake for tea but he's thrown away the egg I'd beaten to glaze it and it was my last egg.

Of course it's my fault because when he asked if I wanted anything kept I said no, I notice he didn't throw the pie away nor the pasties I made for his lunch at work tomorrow.

Quiche?

Pancakes

Yorkshire puddings

Shortcrust pastry (Goron's recipe can be done in a blender and frozen)

Make a sponge of some sort and then freeze it for when you need a quick pudding

Make some creme patissiere or custard to have with fruit tonight/tmrw

Frittata with herbs and leftover veggies lurking in the fridge

Pasta carbonara for dinner

or a combination of the above!

If I put them in the fridge presumably they'll be OK until tomorrow?
