Leftover pork???

I have loads of pork leftover from yesterdays roast.

Don't often cook pork, so what can i do with the leftovers?

I fancy being lazy and chucking it in a casserole or maybe a curry, but will it be all dry and yuck then?

Sweet & Sour sauce? (out of a tin to be really lazy!)

I think you could only reheat it not cook it again otrwise it will go dry and yuk. How bout stir fry it a bit and make nachos - have you got tinned toms and peppers and chilli oil or somethiung. grated cheese and natural yoghurt on top? or tortillas?

I wish i did have a tin of sweet and sour sauce

pork curry... works realy well as the curry sauce stops the pork drying out..

or let the pork marinate a little while in olive oil??
