Quick and easy dairy free banana bread recipe

As the title says really!

Anyone??

Just adjust any recipe using dairy free spread instead of butter. Tesco sell Pure spread which is dairy free.

I use this Delia recipe but dont usually put the nuts in

I really like Nigella's Breakfast Banana Ring from Feast - really easy, and it works in a ring mold, normal tin, loaf, muffins whatever you have on hand! I have the book but the recipe's online here (near bottom of page).
