If I cook a chicken breast, am I ok to leave it for a few hours before eating it? Should I put it in the fridge or just leave it wrapped in foil on the counter top?

And can I reheat it once I have cooked it? It will have been cooked from fresh. TIA.

Put it in the fridge. Then either eat it cold, or make sure that it's piping hot when you reheat it.

Can i reheat it in the microwave?

I know these are stupid questions, sorry!

As long as you make sure it's really heated through then yes. Cover it, otherwise it might dry it out too much.

you shouldn't really re-heat chicken - but if you do you should really blitz it in the micro so it's piping hot all the way through - but then the chicken takes on a horrible texture and taste in my opinion. Cold chicken is yummy!
