My lunch was particularly uninspired today...
buttered Tiger bread topped with Emmental cheese and a cup of tea.
DC's had spaghetti shapes,buttered tiger bread, rice pudding/yoghurt.

I just threw a walnut and apple salad together, have let the diet slip ooops. Am now having a Muller yog, yummy/

that sounds healthy though!

Egg and tomato sandwich .

Beef and wholegrain mustard sandwich. Not satisfied though!

Huge salad with some chicken through it. Back on my healthy eating plan. Taking the puppy for a walk after i have finished so i'm not tempted to scoff the dd's giant choc buttons in the fridge for afters!!

Hiya, No I dont bring them because they like to tear about and the kids at school dont like that .
